Getting all PONDEROUS? Miracle Soup coming your way!


It’s pretty galling to see the scales creep up on you when you can’t think of a reason why. You’re eating the same food, doing the same exercise but still the weight’s going on. There are plenty of explanations that you may not have thought of which I don’t want to discuss because it hurts. Hmm.

It’s been two months I have put a full stop to my power yoga sessions & I’m aimlessly putting on weight. I have entrances coming up & I’m so stressed that I can’t think of anything else but eating, also I’ve become pretty insomniac which adds up to my weight.

Even though I do a workout routine twice a day I just crave for food & sweets and when I try to cut out on it, I feel like I’m starving and it’s pathetic! (Comment below if you wanna know my workout routine!)

It’s not only with me. People who are trying to put off weight just like me often crave for food half an hour. I feel you, yes. I do. Well if this is happening, I have a surprise!


Ever heard of a negative-calorie food? That’s a food that takes more calories to burn than it yields. Hence, the name “Miracle,” because this soup is great for weight loss. Enjoy a bowl with lunch and dinner! A pot lasts several days

Well, you’re probably wondering how miraculous a soup be?

It is pretty miraculous & I love it.

Miracle Soup can be eaten at any time when you feel hungry in the day. Eat as much as you wish and as often as you like. This soup will not add calories, so eat all you want. The more you eat, the more you lose.

I know you want it to so let me put the recipe for you lovely people! x

INGREDIENTS (servings – 3)

3 cups of water

1 big onion

1 big diced green bell pepper

2 sliced carrots

2 diced tomatoes

1/2 small shredded cabbage

1/4 tbsp garlic powder

1/4 tbsp pepper

1/2 tbsp red chilli flakes (optional)

2 tbsp Dried oregano (because we’re not adding salt. Move to herbs in the process of weight loss)

2 dashes of soy sauce  (opt)

You can also add am envelope of vegetable mix from the market, I don’t because the cornflour is annoying bleh.


Place in a large soup pot over medium-high heat.

Meanwhile, chop vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

Toss vegetables and other ingredients into pot.

Simmer until the vegetables are as done as you like, about 20 minutes. Serve hot off the stove with crackers or a sandwich and a fruit.
